Chesterfield deputy who was playing with a gun when it accidently discharged has charges dropped.

 Apparently this Deputy was never taught the proper way to handle a firearm from the Sheriff's Office or anybody else...........thankfully he didn't kill anyone.  The sad part is he is still a deputy.
